2025 Anand Bazaar (Indian Independence Celebration in Dallas, TX)

The Ambedkarite Buddhist Association of Texas (ABAT) is pleased to announce its continued participation in the 2025 Anand Bazaar, where—like every year—it will be hosting an interactive and welcoming booth. The primary goal of the ABAT booth is to create a meaningful platform for Ambedkarites and Buddhists in the community to connect with the ABAT family, learn more about its mission and activities, and explore the opportunity of becoming future members. The booth will feature an engaging display of literature, including a wide range of thought-provoking books authored by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, whose writings continue to inspire generations. Some of these important works will be distributed free of cost to encourage awareness and education. To make the experience enjoyable for families, especially children, the booth will also feature a fun-filled “Wheel of Fortune” game with exciting gift giveaways for kids. ABAT warmly invites everyone attending the Anand Bazaar to visit our booth—located at B-36—to meet with our current members and their families, engage in meaningful conversations, and discover more about our vibrant community and its commitment to equality, service, and spiritual growth.
